How do you prevent flat, saggy hoods?

We use double-layered hood construction with targeted interior neck-tape reinforcement and high-density interlinings. This ensures the hood maintains a structured, premium shape that stands upright rather than lay flat or saggy, even on heavy 400+ GSM fleece.

How do you control hoodie fabric shrinkage?

All raw fleece fabrics undergo pre-shrinking, high-temperature washing, and heat-setting before cutting. This guarantees that residual shrinkage stays below 3% after washing, preventing twisted side seams, uneven hems, or zipper distortion on full-zip styles.

Will the inner fleece shed or pill?

No. We source long-staple combed cotton and apply an anti-pilling singing process to the interior fleece lining. This creates a dense, soft brushed inner layer that drastically reduces lint shedding, fuzzing, and transfer onto inner layers.

Can you print across pockets and zippers?

We use specialized cut-piece printing and laser-guided alignment. Artwork is printed on flat fabric panels before final assembly, ensuring seamless graphics across kangaroo pocket edges, shoulder drops, and YKK zipper closures without cracking or misalignments.

How do you stop cuffs from stretching out?

We use heavy-duty 2×2 cotton-spandex elastane ribbing with reinforced stitching tension. This provides maximum elasticity and recovery, ensuring your sleeve cuffs, waistbands, and side panels retain tight shape memory over repeated wear and washing.
